Terms & Conditions
OUR RATES: Are for two (2) persons , per day
EXTRA PERSON: € 50
SINGLE ROOM RATE: 85% of double occupation
CHECK IN: 15:00 - CHECK OUT: 11:00 (changes possible upon availability)
MINIMUM STAY: 7 days all months (otherwise upon request and availability)
1-DAY STAY: 15% additional charge (upon availability)
DAY USE UNTIL 18:00: € 60 (upon availability)
SMOKING: The indoor areas are non smoking
CHILDREN: Due to our building's nature we are not allowed to accept children under 15

- WiFi Internet
- "Welcome pack" with Greek traditional products.
- Bottles of selected wines
- A selection of coffees and teas
- Refreshments

PAYMENTS: 30% refundable deposit taken at the time of booking (see CANCELLATION POLICY). Minimum deposit €150. For bookings made less than 1 month before arrival, 100% is taken.
CANCELLATIONS:
• Up to 4 months before arrival: NO CHARGE,
• 3 months before arrival: 50%,
• 2 months before arrival or Arrival Date / No Show / Early Departure: 100%.
Accommodation Terms
1) Number of Guests
The number of persons (adults and children over 12 years of age) staying at the Property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation, unless specifically authorized in writing. Exceeding this number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
2) Use of Property
All bookings are assumed to be for normal holiday purposes only, and the Guest agrees that the use of the Property will be limited to this purpose unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
If the Guest is planning to hold an event, such as a wedding or party, which involves having a larger number of people at the Property, or if the Guest is planning to use the Property for a purpose other than holiday, please communicate this to Halki Sea House manager at the time of booking, as special approval or arrangements may be required. Depending on the nature of the event, a surcharge and/or additional security deposit may be required, which will be agreed and confirmed in writing prior to confirming the reservation.
3) Damages or Losses
Please treat the Property rented accordingly, and leave the Property and all its contents in good order and in an acceptably clean condition.
Guests should be aware that Halki Sea House is furnished and equipped to a high standard and designer finishes for a truly luxurious experience and seemingly minor damages may prove surprisingly expensive.
Any damage or losses caused during the Rental Period, as well as any special cleaning requirements will be the Guest's responsibility and may be charged to the Guest's account and deducted from the Guest's security deposit. In cases of excessive or unacceptable loss or damage at any time during the Rental Period, the Owner or Owner's Representative may require the Guest and their party, including visitors to vacate the Property immediately, without compensation or refund.
4) Conduct and Due Care
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Furthermore, guests should pay attention to comply with social and ethical rules, not to make noise to cause disturbance, no parties are allowed without the permission of the owner of the villa, not to listen to loud music and not to engage in any activities that are prohibited.
Guests are expected to respect the peace of their neighbors at all times. No outdoor, or loud indoor, music is permitted from 14:30 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00 (Quiet hours: Siesta time and Night time).
Antiques, collectables and artifacts in Halki Sea House are part of the owners’ collection. Authorities request that these items, as well as all the hotel’s equipment, are valuated and included in a documented inventory. We are therefore responsible to make sure that they remain in the premises. They can not be sold or otherwise removed. If asked, we may be able to help you find similar items through collectors, art dealers and artisans we know.
